Currently, this Website operates only in Nigeria, and is only available to users who have Nigerian bank accounts. For our Users, this Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Use.

By providing your Personal Information and any other kind of information or data to us, you expressly agree to our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of such information as described in this Privacy Policy. As a User, we will also ask you to create login information for your WalletMonie account, such as a username and password. When you provide your mobile phone number, we may ask for your consent to receive text messages relating to our Services on that number. In general, we collect Personal Information you give us by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by phone, email, social media posts & messages, or otherwise. We may receive, use, store and transfer different kinds of Personal Information about you, including but not limited to the following: Identity Information: which includes your first name, last name, maiden name (where applicable), username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth and gender.
In order to use the Services, you must: (a) accept and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy; (b) register with us on the Website; (c) be a Nigerian citizen (or a legal Nigerian resident) of at least eighteen (18) years of age; (d) have a Bank Account with a Nigerian financial institution; and (e) provide all information requested by us, such as your name, email address, mobile device number, online credentials for your Bank Account, and such other information as we may request from time to time (collectively, “User Information”).
There are no transaction charges or monthly fees for the Services. We reserve the right to charge fees for the Services in the future, at our sole discretion. We will notify you before charging a fee for the Services by delivering notice to you electronically, by posting such fee on the Website, or by any other method permitted by applicable law. If you continue using the Services after such notice, you must pay all applicable fees for the Services.
